It took about six weeks to arrive. I have been using them for over 1 month and they work great. They do not waste a lot of water like the nipples do, so I do not need to refill as often. One of them got clogged & would not let the water flow. It is designed to be taken apart cleaned . Put it back together and the water flows perfectly. I would give it 5 stars & highly recommend it. My chickens are happy and not thirsty in this mid 90 temperatures.

There were great instructions and hints on how to use them. I tried to attach one to a small plastic storage container and it filled up once but did not refill. My husband said it had something to do with science and airflow, water, pressure blah blah blah. I will figure out a system next year for the new baby chicks with these. Great product.

These are the best water cups I have found. We have hundreds of chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys & they all use these cups (my geese/ducks have a pond as well). These stand up pretty well in the elements. You will have to replace them every once in awhile but changing them out is super easy. They are leak proof when installed correctly & they can be installed to just about any container, we ve even used them on a plastic coffee container when we had to travel with them in a cage & needed a waterer in a small space. Easy to clean, we just run a hose over the cups to clean them out. Since it s gravity filled, no gunk goes back inside the waterer & the inside stays clean. We ve been a rent a coop customer for several years & will be a customer for life! Customer service is also top notch!!!

They work perfectly as advertised ... remember to mount them so the bottom of the red cup is about a half inch ABOVE the surface the container will be sitting on, as the cup fills, it LOWERS, and it it bumps into something, it will NOT cut off.
Excellent quality, way overpriced, but cheaper than crappy inexpensive ones that SOMETIMES work.I will be buying a second set for triple redundancy in different containers so I can leave my chickens alone for a week.

I ve had my waterers in place for about 2 months and I must say they work flawlessly. I only refill my buckets every 3 weeks and I could go longer if I chose. Not having to worry about constantly giving your chickens fresh water is a huge burden off my back. Fresh water is a key element to the health of your chickens.
